Instructions for door-to-door delivery

Our driver door-to-door delivery service is only available in the Helsinki/Vantaa/Espoo area.

We will deliver your goods on weekdays and Saturday evenings from 16:00 to 22:00. Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be scheduled for the next delivery day.

Our delivery route is Espoo-Helsinki-Vantaa. The delivery time depends on the total number of orders on the day, weather, traffic conditions, etc. Please wait patiently. We will deliver the goods at your requested time only if it does not affect other orders on the same day.

Mailing Instructions:

1. We use POSTI’s “Postal Parcel” as our shipping method to other cities.

2. The default delivery point is Posti's pick-up point, which is determined by Posti. If you need to deliver to a designated location, please inform us in advance. If you need door-to-door delivery, please contact customer service for an additional 5 Euro fee.

3. Once the package is shipped it will usually arrive within 1-3 working days (depending on the distance of the city from the capital). Special circumstances (weather, shipping strikes, incorrect shipping information, etc.) may cause delays.

3. Frozen goods, fresh vegetables and fruits will not be sent by post.

4. Please leave your Finnish phone number to receive express delivery information.

5. Information and address cannot be changed after the package is sent.
