Hotpots are an easy way to bring together a colourful mix of ingredients into one rich, heartwarming and diverse dish. With Daisho's kimchi soup base, that same complexity of flavour built from slow-cooking can be loaded onto your hotpot in seconds. This instant soup base combines umami soy sauce, sour kimchi, sweet and savoury gochujang red chili paste, salty tobanjan spicy bean paste and other spices into one perfectly fused sauce. All you need to do is shake the packet well, pour the contents into a large nabe pot and bring to boil before adding your favourite meats and vegetables.
